We do accept returns of products given it is in original condition with original packaging and still in resellable condition within seven (7) days of purchase. We will then either refund or exchange the product it is the buyers choice. The return courier costs will also be on the buyers account and the initial courier cost can not be recovered. In case the buyer got free shipping, a fee of R100 shall be added to the order. For return of items that were not in a faulty condition, a handling fee of 20% shall be charged.
For warranties items, it's the buyer responsibility to get the item back to our offices (We can assist with organizing courier, but this is unfortunately on the buyers account). We will then send the product back and either repair, replace or refund the product with our discretion. We will then send the product back to you at our cost (If the product was found to have a malfunction).
Broken on arrival
If a product is broken on arrival, we will organize the return on our account and send a new product asap.
